Lord Amherst
From 1823 to 1828, following the prince of Hastings by Lord Amherst, the British East India Inc. He served as chief governor. The First Anglo-Burmese war was fought.

At the end of the First Anglo-Burmese War (1823-1826) akom Empire, Burma, and the Burmese government controlled area of Manipur was merged with the rule of the giants of the East India Company.
